Established in 1991, Ramco began as a small plan printing shop, servicing builders & architects in the Cairns region. In the early ‘90s we recognised the opportunity for digital imaging and were early adopters of digital technology.

Ramco Printing was the first regional bureau service in Queensland to employ digital technology. In 1997 we upgraded from analog to a KIP digital plan printer and 3 HP plotters, along with the existing copying facilities.

We are continuously upgrading our capacity and capability. In 2005 we integrated a multi Million dollar investment and expansion program with a move to our new premises in Winkworth Street.

This expansion also saw the introduction of high volume digital print & copy, bindery and grand format printing. 2007 saw the introduction of solvent printing with the purchase of a 2.5m wide Seiko solvent printer, and in July 2009 we purchased an HP Scitex FB950 hybrid printer with a capacity of 80m2 per hour and capable of printing onto substrates up to 65mm thick.
