Common questions
Do you supply and install, or supply only?
Both. Builders with their own carpenters take supply-only frames, labelled and bundled by wall. We can also install with our own crew, and for structural steel we fabricate and install as one package.
Our plans are engineered for timber. Can you still quote?
Yes. Send us the timber engineering and we convert it to light gauge steel in FrameCAD, then issue certified LGS engineering and shop drawings. You do not need to re-engineer before asking for a price.
Do you make steel chassis for modular or tiny homes?
Yes. We build transportable LGS chassis, floor cassettes and wall and roof frames sized to your module, engineered for crane and transport loads, and repeatable across a production run.
What areas do you cover?
Melbourne metro and regional Victoria for supply and install. Supply-only frames can be freighted further; ask us when you send your plans.
