Ramco Steel Pty Ltd (ABN 28 668 787 424) (“Ramco Steel”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project details and any plans or drawings you upload when you request a quote or contact us.
• Information collected automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site (for example a Google ad click ID and campaign details), collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, respond to enquiries and deliver our services.
• To manage our customer relationships and project records.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, including understanding which ads lead to enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email and customer-management systems, and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads). These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure site visits and ad performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings, manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google API data

We use the Google Ads API through internal tools that access only Ramco Steel’s own Google Ads account, for reporting and campaign management. This data is not shared, sold or used for any other purpose.

How we protect it

We store personal information securely and limit access to staff who need it. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing info@ramco.com.au or calling (03) 9070 0101. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
